This is "The Tapestry" model floorplan. I opted to add 200 additional sq. ft. to the living space
as well as an additional 5 ft. extension to the side of the garage. I also added the bay window
in the kitchen nook, a fireplace in the great room, and a 15' x 25' screened patio on the rear
of the house.
